My iPhone has the option to shoot in ‘portrait’ mode. When I edit the image, my kids appear as if they have been captured in moonlight
Each day, I find it necessary to rest for a bit.
One of the two siblings always find me and proceeds to demonstrate the fine art of napping.
On the rare moment they opt to share my lap or legs, I can capture both of them.
Billy usually asserts supremacy with just ‘the look’.
Yet, Maisie claims a quiet confidence along with her innate sweetness.
One afternoon I overheard her say to Billy, “Talk to the paw, buddy. I’ve got the lap!”
