It’s a challenge to find beauty in air crowded with wildfire smoke and the thermostat dancing between 90 and 100+ degrees.

Yet beauty is there. I simply need to wipe off the sweat and look. Mother nature never disappoints.

In the cool of my kitchen, an orange bell pepper catches my eye as I prepare to add it to my salad.
