I am studying a book called, The Age of Overwhelm. The content describes the many ways in which we each experience overwhelm daily in our culture.
It is dense reading. The author wisely added a New Yorker Magazine cartoon every few pages to enable the reader to pause, take a breath of relief and smile.
It is in this spirit that I have been putting up one image per day for my subscribers. A chance to pause, inhale and exhale to give your mind a momentary break before resuming your day. I hope it does
