Obstacle practice #196

I sat down to write about overcoming obstacles and what constitutes an obstacle.

It was a struggle trying to find the right words. The rocks in the river of life come in so many forms, some are internal others external. I consulted Webster’s for synonyms, and nothing felt right.

This morning, I realized I was trying to write while in the midst of a rock of my own!

This boulder has to do with unexpected changes in my schedule. A lesson I keep learning is to rely on the flow of my life, it always works out. Acceptance and trust seem to be one of the benefits of aging.

How do you handle obstacles?
